You can stop all email from us, free of charge, at any time. There is no form here and no account to make — either of the two routes below is enough.
Two ways, both free
- Reply "stop" to any email from us. That is the simplest route and it always works.
- Or send us one email: write to [email protected] with "stop" as the subject. This link opens your own email program with the message ready; send it from the address we wrote to, and we need nothing else from you.
If you want us to stop writing to every address at your organisation's domain, say so in that email and we will suppress the whole domain.
What happens next
- We stop straight away — our system checks this list before every single email — and in any case within five business days.
- This covers every email from us, not just one campaign, and it does not expire.
- We will not send you a confirmation email.
- We never sell or pass on an address that asked us to stop.
What we keep, and why
To keep our promise, we store a one-way code derived from your address (a keyed hash), not the address in clear, and we keep it indefinitely. Hong Kong law also requires us to keep your request itself, as you sent it, for three years. Details are in the privacy notice.
